Timothy Paulson

Timothy Paulson is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Capital Markets practice group, specialising in Capital Markets Law. He concentrates his practice on residential mortgage finance transactions.

Tim represents lenders and borrowers in the financing of residential mortgage loans, single family rental properties, mortgage servicing rights, servicing advance facilities, student loans and related asset classes, as well as in the purchase, sale and servicing of all types of mortgage assets. He also represents banks and other financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, servicers and placement agents on a variety of asset-backed securitization transactions.

Tim holds a J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law (2019), where he served as Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, and a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University (2015). Prior to joining Dentons, he worked as a white-collar criminal defense associate for the Offices of Frederick P. Hafetz.
