Tina McAuliffe

Tina McAuliffe is a Managing Associate and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice group. Her primary practice area is Capital Markets Law, focusing on private asset-backed securities transactions with mortgage loans.

She represents banks and other financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, servicers and other market participants on a variety of asset-backed securitisation transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Her practice also involves repurchase facilities, servicing advance facilities and mortgage servicing rights securitisations.

She holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (2021), where she was on the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law, and a BA in Political Science and Sociology, summa cum laude, from Stony Brook University (2018).
