Thomas J. D'Antonio

Thomas J. D'Antonio is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation practice in the Oakland office. His primary practice area is Commercial Litigation, with a focus on complex legal disputes and insurance coverage.

He has extensive experience across all phases of litigation, including conducting pre-suit investigations, assessing liabilities, participating in mediations, managing pre-trial proceedings and representing clients in trials.

Before joining Dentons, he worked as an associate attorney at prominent law firms in California and New York, focusing on civil litigation. During law school, he gained experience as a Legal Intern for the Honorable Michael A. Telesca, a Senior United States District Judge for the Western District of New York, and was Associate Articles Editor of William and Mary's Environmental Law and Policy Review.

His related areas of focus include insurance and reinsurance, and insurance litigation and arbitration. His recognition includes being listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024–2026) and in the Super Lawyers Northern California "Rising Stars" List (2023–2025).

He holds a JD from the College of William and Mary School of Law (2014) and a BA in Political Science and Government, Writing, from Loyola University Maryland (2010).
