Stephanie Flores

Stephanie Flores is an Associate and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice group. Her primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

She focuses on representing banks, secondary market lenders and other financial institutions on various secured lending and financing transactions, including warehouse and repurchase agreements and other credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, REO property, mortgage servicing rights and other asset classes. She also represents financial institutions with respect to purchases, sales and servicing of all types of mortgage assets.

She holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School (2025) and a BA, ampla cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin (2022).
