Hudson Overcash

Hudson Overcash is a Partner and member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice, specialising in securitisation and asset-backed finance. His primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

He advises sponsors, issuers, lenders and underwriters on all aspects of asset-backed transactions across a variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgage loans, triple-net lease and single-family rental properties, student loans and mortgage servicing rights.

His areas of focus include asset-backed securities (ABS), capital markets regulatory compliance, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), esoteric securitisation, financial institutions, investment banks, real estate finance, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and securitisations.

He holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law (2013), where he was an editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and a BA, with Distinction, in Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2010).
