Shira P. Levine

Shira P. Levine is a Partner and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice. Her primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

She represents issuers, underwriters, sellers and trustees in public and private offerings of mortgage-backed securities.

These securities are issued in public and private transactions using a wide variety of credit supports and multiple class structures.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was with the law firm of Thacher Proffitt and Wood. She holds a JD, cum laude, from Boston University (2003) and a BA, cum laude, from Brandeis University (2000).
