Gabriele A. Scala

Gabriele A. Scala is a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons and a member of the firm's Capital Markets practice group, based in New York. His practice focuses on Capital Markets Law.

Gabriele represents banks and other financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, servicers and other market participants on a variety of asset-backed securitization transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities. His practice also involves repurchase facilities, servicing advance facilities and mortgage servicing rights securitizations.

He holds an MBA in Finance and a JD from the University of Connecticut, where he was Executive Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and earned a Tax Law Certificate, and a BA in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Albertus Magnus College. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association.
