Przemyslaw (Ace) Pawlikowski

Przemyslaw (Ace) Pawlikowski is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Capital Markets practice group, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He focuses primarily on structured finance products, advising multinational banks and industry-leading companies on a wide range of debt offerings, asset-backed securitizations, lease financings and secured lending transactions.

Ace has experience representing PNC Bank and PNC Capital Markets in structuring and executing a US$100 million trade receivables securitization for a performance additives and chemical intermediates business, a transaction that required several bespoke structures across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Dentons, he was with Watson Farley & Williams LLP, where he advised banks and private equity funds on marine and aviation asset financings.

Ace holds a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law (2019) and a B.A. with general honors from The University of Chicago (2014). He is recognised in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Securities / Capital Markets Law (2026).
