Neil E. Hare

Neil E. Hare is a Partner in Dentons' Regulatory, Public Policy and Government Affairs practice in the firm's Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on Administrative Law, drawing on longstanding experience in local public affairs and government relations campaigns.

Neil leads Dentons' US data center development initiatives on behalf of clients. His clients include large data center developers, advising on project development and related strategic matters while also providing ongoing general corporate counsel.

His clients include Fortune 500 companies, major trade associations, data centers, US government agencies and international entities, spanning industries including financial services, biotech, energy and transportation. His recent experience includes providing local public affairs support and strategic advisory services throughout the US related to the development, energy sourcing and infrastructure for a large data center developer, including collaboration on energy strategy and coordination with regional utilities.

Prior to joining Dentons, Neil was founder and CEO of GVC Strategies, a full-service strategic communications, public affairs and government relations firm. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at the US Chamber of Commerce and as VP of the National Chamber Foundation. He holds a JD from Washington College of Law – American University, a Diploma in EU Law from Universite Paris X, and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
