Logan Tucker

Logan Tucker is an Associate at Dentons Davis Brown, focusing on real estate law, corporate and business transactions, and renewable energy development.

He maintains a broad real estate practice advising clients on residential and commercial transactions, including negotiating purchase agreements, conducting due diligence and title examination, handling closings, and drafting easements, restrictive covenants and leases. He regularly supports developers of renewable energy projects and data centers at all stages of development, including drafting landowner agreements, curing title defects, and navigating local permitting processes. He also advises entrepreneurs and established businesses on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Notable matters include assisting with a wind energy project acquisition covering thousands of acres in Iowa, representing a construction company in the sale of its membership interests for over $30 million, and assisting a Canadian agricultural parts manufacturer in its purchase of an Iowa-based manufacturer.

Logan holds a J.D. with High Honors from Drake University Law School (2022) and a B.A. in Political Science with Honors from the University of Iowa (2018).
