Brian D. Torresi

Brian Torresi is a Shareholder at Dentons Davis Brown, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate, and finance law, as well as related litigation, serving clients throughout Iowa and New York.

He has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate matters, including land subdivisions, commercial development, development financing, condominium conversions, cooperative housing associations, zoning and rezoning, boundary disputes, and title issues. He also advises clients on transactional business and corporate law matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, equity and asset purchase and sale transactions, and financing and lending-related matters.

Brian holds a J.D. from Penn State University (2006), an MBA (2001) and a B.S. (2003) from Iowa State University. He previously served on active duty with the United States Air Force, receiving multiple commendations.

He is recognized as a Great Plains Super Lawyers Rising Star in Real Estate (2017–2018) and holds an AV® Preeminent™ Martindale-Hubbell rating. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
