Linda Warnke

Linda Warnke is Of Counsel at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate group, specializing in Real Estate Law. She draws on more than 20 years of private practice and in‑house experience to provide strategic advice on commercial real estate transactions and projects, including purchase, sale and leasing negotiations; development of commercial, industrial, retail and mixed‑use projects; zoning and regulatory compliance; and strategic partnerships related to real estate investments.

Before joining Dentons, Linda served in multiple legal roles for a global footwear and apparel retailer, most recently as Legal Director for Southeast Asia & India, where she led legal strategy for business expansion, risk management, and cross‑border compliance. Prior to that, she was Assistant General Counsel, Global Real Estate and Construction, overseeing the company's Southeast Asia and Pacific real estate portfolio. Notable matters include leading negotiations for a build‑to‑suit regional distribution center in Australia, spearheading legal negotiations for a factory development in Vietnam, resolving landlord disputes to avoid litigation, and advising on regulatory risks for cross‑border initiatives. She also advises on commercial real estate and regulatory matters, including interstate land sales compliance, planned community development, and securitized lending.

Linda holds a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2001) and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan (1998). She is admitted to practice in Georgia, Indiana, and Washington, D.C.
