Kyle T. Resetarits

Kyle T. Resetarits is a Partner at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate and Corporate groups. He focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate development and economic development, including acquisition, disposition, zoning and land use, entitlements, and incentives. He represents developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, and investors in mixed‑use, office, industrial, hospitality, and residential projects.

Kyle has extensive experience advising renewable energy developers on economic development agreements, road use agreements, and decommissioning agreements for utility‑scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects. He has advised on more than 60 utility‑scale energy projects totaling over 12 gigawatts of expected nameplate capacity and more than $20 billion in potential investment in Indiana. Notable matters include securing rezone approval for Henke Development Group's Maple Lane Club of Bradley Ridge PUD in Zionsville, obtaining special exception approval for Regal Custom Homes by Davis, and serving as co‑lead counsel in the sale of a family entertainment business structured as a 100% sale of four LLCs owning real estate and operating assets.

Kyle holds dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (2015), and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and International Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (2010). He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Kyle has been named a Forty Under 40 honoree by the Indianapolis Business Journal (2026), selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Real Estate Law (2023–2025), and named to the Indiana Rising Stars list in Real Estate (2024–2025). He serves as Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Real Estate & Land Use Section (2026).
