Kim Pagotto

Kim Pagotto is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the Washington, DC office. She practices in commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development, handling major transactions for top developers, Fortune 500 clients, and private individuals with significant experience in office, retail, data center, industrial, and telecommunications projects.

Ms. Pagotto has established herself as one of the leading experts in federal, state, and local government real estate, particularly GSA leasing. She represents clients across the United States in responding to expressions of interest, requests for proposals, Automated Advanced Acquisition Program submissions, lease negotiations, lease administration, audit responses, compliance, and acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of individual and portfolio properties with a government component.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (2000) and a B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan (1996). Kim has been recognized by Chambers USA in Real Estate (District of Columbia, 2017-present), by Best Lawyers in Real Estate Law (2010-present), and by The Legal 500 US in Real Estate. She was named a Woman in Real Estate by Connect CRE (2023), and a Top 10 Influential Real Estate Lawyer in Washington, DC by Business Today (2023).

Her pro bono work includes contributions to Miriam's Kitchen, a Washington, D.C. nonprofit working to end chronic homelessness, and to Veterans on the Rise.
