Kaitlin Vetal

Kaitlin Vetal is an Associate in the Hospitality and Leisure practice group, specialising in Real Estate Law. She advises clients on hospitality transactions including the acquisition, development and financing of luxury resorts and hotel projects.

Kaitlin provides counsel on forming joint ventures and funds, and in connection with the development, acquisition, debt and equity financing, leasing and disposition of hospitality and real estate assets. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ryan T. Holte in the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Kaitlin holds a J.D. from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School (2024) and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2012).
