Allissa Kerr

Allissa Kerr is a Managing Associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the Washington, DC office. She represents clients in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets such as office buildings, mixed-use properties, and shopping centers.

She also assists clients in government real estate matters, including lease negotiations, lease administration, acquisitions and dispositions, and has experience with hospitality and leisure-related transactions, including the negotiation of management contracts between hotel owners and operators. Her pro bono work includes assisting a non-profit animal rescue in negotiations with U.S. Customs, providing guidance on reproductive healthcare access, and advocating for children with special education needs.

Allissa holds a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School (2021), a paralegal certificate from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies (2015), and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University (2015).
