Keith A. Bice

Keith A. Bice is the Managing Partner of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum and a member of the Dentons United States Region Management Committee and Board of Directors, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He serves as counsel to privately held businesses and lending institutions, with a focus on M&A, finance, and capital raising transactions.

Keith has closed numerous loans per year and helps clients manage loan portfolios worth several billion dollars. Notable matters include representing a national insurance provider in managing its $500 million loan portfolio, advising a national agribusiness lender on a $250 million financing of freezer facilities across seven states, representing a U.S. manufacturing company in a cross‑border acquisition of a Swedish manufacturing company for approximately US$2.5 million, and advising a healthcare real estate developer on a $120 million senior construction loan. He also served as buyer's counsel in a series of transactions involving corporate restructuring, debt financing, and acquisition of new businesses for a U.S. software and consulting company, and represented the City of Indianapolis on a $39 million HUD Section 108 loan program.

He holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School (1998) and a B.A., cum laude, from Butler University (1995). He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1998.

Keith has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law (2016‑2026), Corporate Law (2015‑2026), and Banking and Finance Law (2023‑2026).
