Jonathan P. Sion

Jonathan P. Sion is an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, based in the Pittsburgh office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. He represents parties in various commercial disputes, including construction disputes, estates and trusts disputes, class-action lawsuits alleging violations of state and federal wage and hour laws, and general commercial contract disputes.

Mr. Sion also represents clients in election law, constitutional law, and campaign-related matters, including national and state political parties, presidential campaigns, and candidates for local and state office, and works with businesses, developers, governments, and elected officials on land-use and zoning issues, as well as administrative law and municipal matters. He obtained a preliminary injunction for a political candidate in a 2024 election case and represented a state political party in obtaining a preliminary injunction to protect voters' rights in the 2024 general election.

Jon holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law (2023), where he served as Senior Staff Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and Secretary-Treasurer of the Appellate Moot Court Board, and a B.A., cum laude, in Economics with minors in English and Political Science from Allegheny College (2019).
