Heidi M. Brown

Heidi M. Brown is an Associate in Dentons' Naples office, practicing in the firm's Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group with a focus on estate planning and elder law.

She is Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar, representing clients on a wide range of matters including wills, trusts, guardianships, probate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, and special needs trusts. She serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and has previously chaired the Estate Planning Committee and the Medicaid Committee of that section. She also served as Group Chair of the Elder Law and Special Needs Group of the ABA's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.

Heidi holds a J.D. from William & Mary School of Law (2005) and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University (1997).
