Alan F. Hilfiker

Alan F. Hilfiker is a Shareholder in the Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group at Dentons in Naples, Florida. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates since 1989 and has been servicing clients in the area of trusts and estates for several decades.

He focuses on estate planning, probate law, family limited partnerships, private foundations and prenuptial agreements, providing comprehensive wealth preservation and succession planning services to individuals and families.

Alan holds an LL.B. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© for Trusts and Estates Law and as a Florida Super Lawyer in the Estate & Probate category.
