Emma Moralyan

Emma Moralyan is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and Employment and Labor group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She represents individual and corporate clients in disputes involving contracts, commercial litigation, employment law, privacy, professional and medical negligence, product liability, intentional torts and premises liability.

Emma regularly advises clients on compliance with digital accessibility and privacy issues, including in the context of the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA). She has defended over four hundred digital accessibility matters alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other accommodation statutes, and has successfully defended clients against dozens of demand letters, lawsuits and arbitrations regarding alleged CIPA violations stemming from website features.

Emma holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School (2016), where she served as Managing Editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles (2011).
