Cheryl Howell Oswalt

Cheryl Howell Oswalt is a Shareholder at Dentons Sirote in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, practicing in the Litigation group, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including financial services litigation, insurance‑related litigation, and minority shareholder issues.

Cheryl has extensive experience representing financial institutions and mortgage banking clients, defending against claims including wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, and violations of FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, and RESPA. She also represents an Alabama electric cooperative with respect to its buildout of a major fiber network in Northwest Alabama.
