Alyse N. Windsor

Alyse N. Windsor is a Shareholder in Dentons Sirote's Litigation practice group, concentrating on representing clients in business, insurance, and healthcare disputes in both state and federal courts. She also regularly represents clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and other arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies.

She has gained substantial experience as a trial attorney, trying three civil cases to jury verdict between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, she successfully represented a client in a Certificate of Need proceeding in a five-day administrative hearing before an Administrative Law Judge and the state Certificate of Need Review Board. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karon Bowdre, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Alyse holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law (2015), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as Acquisitions Editor for the Alabama Law Review, and a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University (2010).

She is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation, and Litigation – Banking and Finance, and as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in Civil Litigation: Defense (2021–2025). She has also been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List for the South (2024–2025).
