Benjamin Little

Benjamin Little is a Shareholder at Dentons Sirote, practicing in the Dispute Resolution group. He handles both litigation and non‑litigation matters, with a primary focus on business law, government contracting, and commercial disputes, frequently representing clients in state and federal courts as well as before the GAO.

Benjamin advises clients on corporate governance and business operations, helping them avoid and manage disputes. He has obtained successful outcomes in complex government contracting and commercial disputes, including litigation over non‑compete agreements, trade secrets, ownership/management disputes, and bid protests at the GAO and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has also represented public boards, officers, and elected officials in litigation, assisted professionals in investigations before licensure boards, and handled probate matters including guardianships, conservatorships, and estate administration.

He holds a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University (2010) and a B.A. in History from the University of Alabama (2006). He is admitted to practice in Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
