Bradley Hasler

Bradley Hasler is a Partner at Dentons, practicing in the Tax Law group. He assists clients with taxation issues affecting real property and personal property, including assessment (ad valorem) appeals, requests for tax exemption, defending audits, and defending tax sale proceedings.

Brad represents refineries, hospitals and medical offices, apartments, office buildings, manufacturers, and retailers, helping clients minimize tax liabilities and develop compliance strategies. He has litigated property tax appeals before local county boards statewide, the Indiana Board of Tax Review, the Indiana Tax Court, and the Indiana Supreme Court. Notable cases include Allen County Assessor v. Verizon Data Services and Lake County Assessor v. Amoco Sulfur Recovery Corp.. His litigation work also encompasses real estate contract disputes, title challenges, mortgage and financing disputes, and administrative actions involving permitting and zoning.

Brad holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law (2000) and a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from DePauw University (1997).

He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Tax Law (2019–2026).
