Blake L. Osborn

Blake L. Osborn is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons' Los Angeles office, focusing on complex commercial litigation, trial work, and arbitration.

He represents individuals and corporations in high-stakes disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, securities fraud, breach of contract, unfair competition, and employment claims, as well as white collar criminal matters and SEC enforcement actions and investigations. He has acted as lead or second chair in over 20 trials or arbitrations, including a two-week arbitration involving a leading agricultural IP company that resulted in a complete defense award, and a one-week arbitration involving an aviation and sports company that yielded a seven-figure judgment.

Blake holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School (2010) and a B.A. from Davidson College (2007).
