Beth Taylor

Beth Taylor is the Global Chief Legal Officer at Dentons, where she leads the Firm's global legal function and supports its strategic priorities at a pivotal moment in its continued growth.

Prior to joining Dentons, she served as General Counsel at Cadwalader, bringing deep experience advising leadership on complex legal, regulatory, and risk matters. Earlier in her career, she was an associate and counsel in Cadwalader's Litigation Department, focusing on commercial litigation, libel and defamation, insurance insolvency, and litigated insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

She also held senior inhouse legal leadership roles in global financial institutions. She joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2004, becoming Head of Litigation for North America in 2007 and serving as Acting General Counsel for North America in 2009. Following ABN AMRO's merger with the Royal Bank of Scotland, she joined the RBS litigation team and was ultimately appointed Head of Litigation for RBS Americas.

She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
