Amber R. Walsh

Amber R. Walsh is a Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises private equity and venture capital firms, as well as public companies and middle‑market and emerging growth companies, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Amber has experience in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged, mezzanine, corporate, and institutional financings, as well as real estate financing and fund financing. She previously served as an associate at an international law firm and developed a background in tax M&A matters in both domestic and cross‑border transactions while working in the Miami office of a leading international professional services organization.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (2012), where she was an Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review, and a B.S. in Psychology, cum laude, from Florida State University (2009). She is admitted to practice in Florida.
