Adam Dennett

Adam Dennett is a Partner in Dentons' Hospitality and Leisure practice group. His primary practice area is Real Estate Law.

His practice focuses on representing and advising owners, operators, developers and investors on a range of complex hospitality transactions and in strategic planning throughout the world.

Prior to joining Dentons, he practised at an international law firm, focusing on the representation of public and private companies in connection with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, security offerings, real estate and general corporate law. He also gained experience working in the corporate legal departments of Delta Air Lines and Porsche Cars North America.

He is a Committee Member of the Hospitality Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.

He holds an MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School (2015) and a JD from Emory University School of Law (2015), where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Dean's Public Service Award recipient, a Pro Bono Publico Medal Recipient and a Rothfeder Family Scholar. He holds a BS from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration (2011), where he was on the Dean's List.
