Weston T. Stoddard

Weston T. Stoddard is a Managing Associate in Dentons' St. Louis office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, focusing on insurance coverage and defense.

He has handled matters requiring drafting pretrial pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery logistics, and advising clients on complex coverage issues. Prior to joining Dentons, he was an associate at an established litigation firm in Edwardsville, Illinois, where he defended companies in toxic tort matters and deposed numerous opposing parties and non-party witnesses.

Weston holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University School of Law (2021), where he was a five-time CALI Excellence for the Future award recipient, served as managing editor and staff writer for the SIU Law Journal, and was president of the Student Bar Association. He also holds a B.S. from Illinois State University (2018).
