Trey A. Rothell

Trey A. Rothell is an Associate in the firm's litigation practice group, based in the Las Vegas office, practicing in Commercial Litigation. He represents clients in complex civil disputes in Nevada, spanning commercial litigation, insurance coverage, construction litigation, defamation and anti-SLAPP matters, intellectual property litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, as well as unfair competition, privacy issues, and domain name proceedings under the UDRP.

Mr. Rothell advises clients at every stage of litigation, from early case strategy and discovery through dispositive motion practice and appeals. He has represented a health services company in trade secret litigation involving misappropriation of confidential product formulations and customer data, a manufacturer in obtaining attachment of an out-of-state retailer's inventory in Nevada (achieving a precedent-setting ruling), and a businessman in defamation litigation resulting in a favorable outcome.

Trey holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law (2021), where he received multiple awards for academic excellence, and two B.S. degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Florida State University (2014).
