Brandon P. Johansson

Brandon P. Johansson is a Shareholder in the Las Vegas office, practicing in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice. He represents construction companies, landlords and developers, large corporations, small businesses, and financial institutions in complex business disputes, focusing on business litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, product-liability litigation, and contract disputes in state and federal courts.

Mr. Johansson has extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters and has argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and in state and federal courts throughout Nevada. He has obtained multi-million-dollar judgments for clients and successfully resolved or secured dismissal of claims seeking millions of dollars in damages against his clients.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Nevada, William S. Boyd School of Law (2010) and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University (2007).
