Sarah E.W. Trevino

Sarah E.W. Trevino is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and a member of the firm's Cannabis practice, focusing on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Her practice includes premises liability, products liability, personal injury, toxic and mass tort, labor and employment, and commercial/business cases, including class actions, collective actions and multi-district litigation. Notable successes include obtaining a jury defense verdict for a military veteran in a case involving unpaid legal fees, compelling mandatory arbitration over objections challenging the authenticity of electronically executed signatures, and securing summary judgment in a wrongful termination claim that was affirmed by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to private practice, she served as a staff attorney in the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Sarah holds a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law (2015), where she served as notes and comments editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida (2008).
