Peter G. Feldman

Peter G. Feldman is a Partner in Dentons' Regulatory, Public Policy and Government Affairs practice, specialising in Corporate Compliance. He advises clients on economic sanctions, export controls and anti-corruption laws, helping them manage risk and drive growth across industrial equipment, energy, financial services, transportation, metals and mining, manufacturing, medical devices, agriculture and technology sectors.

Peter has developed and reviewed compliance programs, conducted internal investigations and voluntary self-disclosures, obtained licenses and advisory opinions, and responded to government enforcement actions. He has on-the-ground experience in dozens of countries and regularly represents clients before key government agencies, including OFAC, BIS and DDTC. He has advised on high-profile matters involving Russia sanctions, the FCPA, cross-border energy infrastructure projects and sanctions compliance for multinational corporations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Peter holds a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School (2008) and a B.A., summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
