Lauren Wilson

Lauren Wilson is a Partner in Dentons' Regulatory, Public Policy & Government Affairs practice, specialising in Corporate Compliance. She focuses on the communications and technology sectors, providing strategic advocacy and insight on regulatory enforcement, including FCC licensing and authorisations, telemarketing compliance, disability access policies, and universal service reporting requirements.

Lauren represents clients including T-Mobile in negotiations of multi-year tower and small cell agreements supporting nationwide 5G network deployment, SoFi Stadium on DAS and 5G systems development, and enterprise voice communications providers in global telecom negotiations. She has also advised a cloud computing giant and a major e‑commerce company on new product entry, service classification, international expansion of AI services and regulatory compliance. A former legal advisor to the chief of the FCC's Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, she has deep knowledge of robocalling, truth‑in‑billing and disability policies, and previously served as policy counsel for the advocacy group Free Press, lobbying on net neutrality, spectrum aggregation and media ownership issues.

Lauren holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2012) and a B.A. from Duke University (2009).

She is recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Media, Technology and Telecoms by The Legal 500 (2024–2026), as an One to Watch in Administrative/Regulatory Law and Government Relations by Best Lawyers, and was named a Rising Star by Law360 (2023).
