P. Branden Gross

P. Branden Gross is a Partner in Dentons' Lexington office and a member of the Dentons Bingham Greenebaum Partnership Board, focusing on commercial real estate law including acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and land use.

He assists real estate developers and expanding companies with retail, office, industrial and commercial leasing, loan transactions, complex real estate developments (including mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and multi-family), land use and entitlements, and title examinations. He represents developers with acquisition, development and financing of retail stores and centers across multiple states; advises on large-scale projects including medical campuses, Amazon fulfillment centers, shopping centers and affordable housing developments; and negotiates leases with national tenants including Walgreens, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Panera Bread and Mattress Firm. He also represents banks and other lending institutions on construction, interim and permanent financing, as well as loan workouts, foreclosures and modifications.

Branden holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2002) and a B.A. with Departmental Honors in History from the University of Kentucky (1999).

He is recognized by Chambers USA for Real Estate (2023–2026) and by The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Banking and Finance Law. He has served as a citizen member of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Board of Adjustments and was appointed by the Governor of Kentucky to the Kentucky Financial Institutions Board.
