Georgiana Stacy

Georgiana Stacy is an Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate Law and Corporate groups. She advises clients on a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including acquisition and disposition, development, finance, land use, leasing, and zoning.

Georgiana has experience in complex real estate transactions, including serving as real estate counsel in German American Bancorp, Inc.'s merger with Heartland BancCorp, which involved a real estate portfolio of over 30 leased and owned properties. She also represents clients across a range of corporate and real estate matters, including advising on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2023) and a B.A. in English and Philosophy with a minor in Political Science from the University of Louisville (2019).
