Hunter B. Rouse

Hunter B. Rouse is Of Counsel in Dentons' Real Estate practice in Lexington, advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including industrial, warehouse, retail and residential properties.

He has experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases and financing agreements, as well as title, survey and environmental review. Notable matters include assisting with the real estate portion of a multi‑state sale and license of over 100 in‑store pharmacies, identifying and developing solutions to significant title and environmental issues in the sale of industrial riverfront property, advising on the purchase of environmentally contaminated property, and assisting a national retailer with the lease of over 800,000 square feet in a central Texas distribution hub.

Hunter holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2018) and a B.A. in History from the University of Kentucky (2015).
