Nick G. Bushelle

Nick G. Bushelle is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice and a member of the firm's Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group, focusing on venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities compliance, equity compensation, and corporate transactions.

He advises high-growth startups, funds, middle-market businesses and public companies across a variety of industries, including agtech, biotech, fintech, insurtech, real estate, healthcare, senior housing and manufacturing. His experience includes representing an Iowa-based venture capital fund in pre-Seed, Seed and Series A investments in InsurTech, HealthTech and AI startups; representing a publicly traded IoT company on SEC reporting compliance; and advising clients in transactions involving ethanol plants, renewable energy assets, agricultural investments, and senior housing operations.

Nick holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law (2020) and a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2016).
