Mengmeng Zhang

Mengmeng Zhang is a Counsel in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, based in San Francisco, focusing on insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation and general commercial disputes.

She has represented large US and foreign companies in a wide range of matters, including insurance bad faith, business torts, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment and commercial real estate disputes, as well as cases involving conversion, business fraud, embezzlement, trade secret misappropriation and civil theft claims. She has appeared in state and federal courts throughout California and, through pro hac vice admission, in Hawai`i, and has resolved hundreds of cases through strategic litigation, alternative dispute resolution, trials and appeals.

Mengmeng holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2011), where she served as Executive Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, and a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude with high honors, from Tufts University (2008).

She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and advises on matters involving Chinese parties, entities and law.
