Jingbang (Rex) Barbiea-Li

Jingbang (Rex) Barbiea-Li is an Associate in Dentons’ St. Louis office and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on Commercial Litigation. He has experience serving as an e-discovery attorney examining evidence and reviewing documents for commercial contract litigation.

Before joining Dentons, Rex was in-house counsel for a Russian construction company, and then an associate at a German general practice law firm in New York City. He also volunteered at the Help Center of Brooklyn Housing Court and was awarded the honour of Distinguished Services and Outstanding Contribution to Access to Justice.

Back in law school, he served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law and as President of OUTLaw.

He holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law (2015) and a Bachelor of Law in International Economics Law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (2011). He is a member of the New York Bar, the Missouri Bar and the Illinois Bar, and served as an attorney volunteer at the Help Center of Brooklyn Housing Court in 2017.
