Jennifer M. Fasulo

Jennifer M. Fasulo is an Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation group, resident in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on Insurance Law, specifically complex insurance coverage matters and complex commercial litigation.

Jennifer has experience in all stages of litigation, both civil and criminal.

Before joining Dentons in 2026, Jennifer was a litigation associate representing policyholder clients across various industries. Prior to entering the private sector, she served as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Criminal Section, and as a Special United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.

She graduated with honours from The George Washington University Law School in 2021. Immediately following law school, she clerked for the Honourable Lynn Leibovitz of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communication Studies (2017).
