Henry Thomas

Henry Thomas is an Associate in the firm's Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice, based in the New York office, practicing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. He represents debtors, creditors' committees, secured creditors, and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

Mr. Thomas represented Powin, LLC, a leading US battery energy storage integrator, in its chapter 11 restructuring, which involved significant cross-border issues across Canada, Australia, Spain, and China. He also represents the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of North Star Health Alliance, Inc. and Oroville Hospital and OroHealth Corporation, and has advised the unsecured creditors' committee of a furniture and home furnishings manufacturer.

He holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2023) and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Colgate University (2018). He previously interned with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York and externed for the Hon. Pamela K. Chen in the Eastern District of New York.
