E. Lee Veazey

E. Lee Veazey is the Office Managing Partner of Dentons' Evansville office, practicing in the Litigation department, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He focuses on private client service, litigating high‑asset dissolutions of marriage, child custody and parenting time matters, guardianships, and trust disputes, often involving sophisticated tax and business considerations.

Lee leverages his business and financial acumen to produce efficient and durable outcomes for his clients. He previously practiced with an Indianapolis boutique litigation firm and with his mentor, Tom Massey, for over a decade. He successfully argued a case before the Indiana Court of Appeals in an adoption matter involving mental health deficits and child support obligations, securing a trial court victory.

Lee holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2008), an M.A. from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University (2005), and a B.A. from Arizona State University (2003). He is admitted to practice in Indiana. He is a member of the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and conducts the Evansville Philharmonic Youth Orchestra II.
