Caroline Brinster

Caroline Brinster is a Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups. Her practice encompasses commercial disputes—including breach of contract and business torts—as well as real estate and corporate transactions, estate administration, and guardianships.

Caroline has successfully represented a solar farm developer in appellate proceedings before the Indiana Supreme Court, and acted as lead counsel to furniture manufacturing clients in the redemption of voting shares. In addition to her commercial practice, she has substantial experience in family law, including high‑asset divorce cases, child custody, parenting time disputes, and prenuptial agreements. She has also served as lead counsel in a multi‑million dollar commercial/residential development project known as River Centre.

She holds a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School (2019) and a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Politics from Willamette University (2016). She is admitted to practice in Indiana and Oregon, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Oregon and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Caroline has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the field of Commercial Litigation (2026) and was named a Leadership in Law: Up & Coming Lawyers honoree by The Indiana Lawyer (2024).
