Carneil Wilson

Carneil Wilson is an Associate in Dentons Sirote's Huntsville, Alabama office, and a member of the Tax Practice group on the Tax Controversy team, focusing on tax controversy and tax litigation. She helps clients navigate complex tax-related issues.

She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation, cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as a legal researcher and mediator. Prior to joining Dentons Sirote, she worked in litigation at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. She is passionate about public service, having volunteered with the ABA Virtual Settlement Week, the VITA program in Midtown Manhattan, and the U.S. Tax Court Calendar Call Pro Bono Program. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the ABA Tax Committee and is the producer of the “Young Lawyer Rising” podcast.

She is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Litigation and Controversy – Tax (2026) and Tax Law (2026), and as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in Tax (2025).
