Benjamin Strong

Benjamin Strong is a Counsel in the firm's Tax practice in the Huntsville office, focusing on tax controversy and litigation. He advises clients on complex tax-related matters, guiding them through disputes, audits, and litigation.

He has experience managing charging decisions, negotiating plea deals, and representing the State of Nebraska in various court proceedings from his time at the UNL Criminal Prosecution Clinic, and has worked as a law clerk for the Nebraska Attorney General's Office in both the Civil Litigation and Criminal Prosecution Divisions.

Benjamin holds a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law (2024) and a B.S. in Information Technology Systems, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Dallas (2018).

He has been named a Napa Legal 2025 Good Counselor Project Fellow and received the McGrath Mullin & Kratz Excellence in Legal Writing Award.
