Victor Manuel Nazario III

Victor Manuel Nazario III is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group. His primary practice area is Wills and Trusts, focusing on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation.

His practice also includes advising clients on the tax implications in these areas as well as various aspects of charitable planning. He has extensive experience in the preparation of gift tax returns and experience in the preparation of federal and state estate and inheritance tax returns as well as federal and state fiduciary income tax returns.

Prior to joining Dentons, he was an Associate at Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn, P.C. in Hackensack, New Jersey, in their Tax, Trusts and Estates Department, and also an Associate with Levine DeSantis, LLC in Springfield, New Jersey. His prior experience includes interning for the Honorable Joel B. Toomey in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, in the Tax Department of Northrup Grumman Corporation, and with the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel in the Large Business and International Division.

He holds an LL.M. in Taxation with a Certificate in Estate Planning Law from Georgetown University Law Center (2018), a JD from Florida Coastal School of Law (2016), an MBA from Jacksonville University (2016) and a BA from Monmouth University (2013). He is licensed to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia, New Jersey and New York.
