Toni Weinstein

Toni Weinstein is a Partner at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Capital Markets Law. She concentrates on public and private securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, tender offers (both friendly and hostile), and corporate governance issues, and provides general corporate counseling to public and private companies.

Toni also represents issuers, borrowers, and institutional lenders in financing, joint venture, and restructuring transactions. Her clients operate in a wide variety of industries, including real estate development and investment, retail, and healthcare. She is a regular author and speaker on securities, M&A, and other issues facing her clients' industries, and serves on the Firm's Global and US Boards.

Toni holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Cornell University Graduate School of Business, and a B.S., cum laude, from Syracuse University. She has served on the boards of directors of the Texas Ballet Theater and the Dallas Film Festival.

She has been ranked in Band 4 in Real Estate Investment Trust by Chambers USA (2021–2023).
