Thomas H. Monarch

Thomas H. Monarch is a Senior Managing Associate in the Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group, specialising in Estate Planning. He develops comprehensive estate plans for clients, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney and living will directives, and formulates income and estate tax strategies, succession planning and charitable giving strategies.

Thomas also assists with the administration of estates and trusts, and has experience with the formation and governance of tax‑exempt entities, including private foundations and public charities. He co‑founded a stroke foundation to help fund research of surgical treatments for strokes and serves as Treasurer for the Kentuckiana Chapter of Safari Club International, which promotes conservation and hunting efforts in Kentucky and Indiana.

Thomas holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (2021) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Louisville (2018). He has received Dean's List honours and CALI Awards in Business Ethics and Secured Transactions.
